Shipping policy

At D'Journé Fashion our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Currently, we're focused on delivering our products exclusively within the United States. Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially reopen shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and post services process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 business days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery: Only products from our China warehouse (7 - 14 Business Days) are eligible for international shipping to residents outside the U.S. (except India) US orders may be shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
